About Audit Easy Pay

Audit Easy Pay is an insurance payment auditor built for mental health and behavioral health practices. It streamlines the clinical revenue cycle by automatically reconciling the Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) records a practice receives from insurance payers against the deposits that actually land in the practice's bank account.

To use it, a billing specialist or practice owner imports the released-insurance-payments report from their EHR (such as SimplePractice) and a CSV or PDF of the matching business checking statement. Audit Easy Pay pairs every expected EFT amount to a posted bank deposit, flags rows that didn't match yet, and lets the user mark the rest as needing follow-up. Matched rows auto-clear when the next payment report is uploaded. Unmatched and needs-attention rows carry over so they re-audit against the next statement.

It is designed for small private practices, solo therapists, and the billing specialists who support them — anyone who has had to lay an insurance payment report next to a bank statement and hope it balances. A read-only viewer role lets colleagues review the audit results without accidentally changing them.
